Heat and Control MOK-300 L.H. Batch Fryer

1-Used Heat and Control Model MOK-300 L.H. Batch Fryer. With capacity of 300 lbs. per hour, fryer is suitable for kettle or batch fried potato chips. Recently taken out of service, this fryer has been functional and effective since its installation. With an integrated outfeed conveyor, fryer is operated through two control panels that manage burner and unit controls. All five burners of the fryer have been updated with North American Fire All burners in the past 12 to 18 months and underwent a full tune-up as of June, 2024. With overall dimensions of 4 feet in width and 26 feet long, this fryer is compact is capable for high-volume frying. (Stock #L2154)
