1-Used Lyco Model 6000 Industrial Grade Commercial Abrasion Peeler, Washer and Scrubber, S/N 0208957452. This unit utilizes high-speed abrasive rolls to remove skins or thoroughly scrub dirt and debris off high-volume quantities of produce and fruits such as potatoes, sweet potatoes, beets, carrots, apples and pickles before cutting, packaging, or cooking. This all stainless unit is designed for commercial food processing environments and was last used on apples.
