This industrial ultrasonic food cutting system is designed for high-speed, clean slicing of sticky, soft, or layered bakery and food products. With two Branson Model 109-116-2497 blades and NJT 522 Max booster green. The high-frequency blade vibration reduces surface friction, preventing delicate or sticky items (like cheesecakes, brownies, or layered desserts) from smearing or sticking to the blade with capacity up to 120 cuts per minute.  With Allen Bradley PLC touch screen controls, electrical specifications 3/60/480 Volt.
