Model Filling and Capping Line. The CVC Filler Model CVC-6036-8, S/N 097Z1241 is equipped with 8 filling heads and utilizes diving-type filling mechanism controlled by Servo motors. Speed can be adjusted to meet different products and bottle shapes. With touch screen control, filling volume can be easily adjusted. The filled bottles easily move to the Model CVC 6034 Capper, S/N 097Z1240 via conveyor and are picked up by starwheel one by one. The starwheel brings bottle below sealing head to cap bottle.
