1-Used Osgood Model 8600-S Cup Filler, S/N 84-945. Fully automated, high-speed, straight-line servo cup filling and sealing machine, stainless-steel construction. For dairy and food products such as cottage cheese, sour cream, yogurt, dips, and similar pourable or semi-viscous foods. Fills and seals eight cups across on a 3.13" (79.5 mm) pocket, originally set for Mac N Cheese 6 oz fills and rated at approximately 220 cups per minute, OEM estimates that 2 3/8" pistons are capable of approximately 15 oz fills. A servo indexing conveyor moves cups through an automatic cup loader/denester, cup-detection sensors, an eight-piston filler, and a rollstock heat-seal station that seals and die-cuts roll film to each cup, then a sweep-out discharge. Filler has a jacketed hopper with agitation. Frame has reserved space and split points for a future second filler or topping dispenser.
