Adapta Model 200 Automatic Hard-Capsule Filling Machine. Filler can reach speeds of up to 200,000 capsules/hour and allows dosing up to 3 products such as powders, pellets, tablets, mini-tablets and liquids into the same capsule with superior accuracy, even with a minimum drug quantity or difficult-to-handle products. With fully integrated 100% in-process weight control and each channel is identified individually. Regardless of production speed, it can be fitted with fully integrated 100% control of net weight for filled capsules, with individual identification of each channel separately.  Equipped with Nilfisk mobile dust containment unit, rated OEB5 in operation and OEB4 in maintenance, unit also contains HEPA 14-bag-in/bag out filtration and Nilfisk industrial process vacuum system to support cleaning and containment during operation.
