Kettle features 316 SS contact parts, Double motion Counter-Rotating anchor scraper agitation driven by a 15 HP, 3/60/230-460 Volt motor, with high speed homogenizer driven by a 40/20HP two speed motor, 3/60/460 Volt. Kettle is jacketed for 90 PSI maximum pressure at 332 Deg. F. Includes center bottom outlet with 3” Lee flush mount ball valve and tilt out bridge to access agitation/kettle.
