1-Used Balpack Automatic CEIB Inline Dual Station Chuck Capper, S/N 50007733691. This machine is equipped with the Large Format Cap Range 45mm-120mm with change parts and is currently tooled for 89mm caps.  Constructed of Stainless Steel and anodized aluminum, this machine has a large capacity sorting elevator with 15” chain and 4” x 117” conveyor. The pneumatic adjustable inline indexing accommodates a wide range of bottle sizes and the adjustable bottle clamps allow for minimal bottle change parts necessary. Machine is equipped with an integrated 5” touch screen with operator controls and motorized height adjustment. With Servo controlled 1^st station cap placing system and integrated vacuum pick up for holding cap while placing on container and a Servo-controlled 2^nd station torquing chuck, for highly accurate and repeatable final torque. Machine is 220V and is driven by an elevator motor and conveyor motor that are 3/60/230-460 Volt.
