1-Used lee 2,000 gallon type 316 stainless steel jacketed hemispherical kettle, serial number 370-s. Dimensions approximately 84″ diameter by 92″ deep. Kettle is jacketed for 25 psi at 267˚f, code stamped. On legs, kettle has 3″ diameter center bottom discharge outlet. Can be supplied with heavy duty lightnin agitator at additional cost.
